Some Update and Future

April 23, 2007 - 12:50 AM Posted by jhhsia

Hi All,

I feel the need to update during this critical time since everyone seems to be busy on their life. And yes, Tatsumaki is still alive. For the past month I have been trying to come out another Tech demo. However, I found myself confused because of what we should focus on. The purpose of making a Tech demo was to keep you guys happy and so we can continue work on main game. But the amount of work to make a good tech demo is huge and most stuff will not be usable for the client. I start to reconsider recently and I have deecided that I will stop working on Tech demo. The current Tech demo is more like a model/Terrain viewer and I found it to be a good place to stop. I am posting 2 screen to show you guys: Yes, we can load models! lol. I found my self laughing a bit when people in doubt that we cannot even load any models at all. Again, we are all serious about this project and I keep 100% of my professional attitude as developer on this project. Finally, I want to thank you all guys for the support to this project and hopfully we will be able to deliver a superb game.

Jay

I have to say, I just registered for this site and started to view more of the aspects of and explore the site. By what I saw from people, I thought it was already dead. As I was reading your Journal, it helped a lot! lol. Jay, the models posted here look spectacular. Now, I've lived in Japan for 4 1/2 years as a child and loved the culture and the looks of the architecture ever since, and I'm glad this game is under development. I will keep this site under careful watch ^_^.
